Hi All,

When i try to run DTS thru sp_executePkg it runs for the
1st time after that i get error.

What is the package doing?
What version SQL Server?
What SP release?

the package is copying foxpro tables into sql server. SQL
Server 2000 service pack 3...

I would look to see if anything is leaking memory.
Have you googled for problems with the Foxpro Driver?
What happens if you import using Access not DTS? Same thing?
