We are working with SQL Server 2000 in a Windows 2003 Server, and
opening Enterprise Manager from this server to design DTS packages
works fine, but when this packages are copied to others company's
servers they cannot be designed.

So, after several tests and platform checking, we discovered that the
main server were this packages have been recently modified have a
Windows Service Pack 1 of a release candidate version and the others
servers have the last build. So, only servers with same Windows Service
Pack version allow designing DTS packages copied from main server and
once a server is upgrade to the last build Service Pack it fails
opening the packages.

So, it seems like we are unable to migrate this packages from main
server, so they can be used around company and we cannot upgrade the
Windows Service Pack because it won't open the packages again.

Any suggestions?
