Default DTS File Destination Timestamp - 11-09-2004 , 12:16 PM

I have created a DTS that sends output to a text file. I want to be able to
add a date/time stamp to the file name so I can save multiple copies of the
file. Does anyone know how to do this ?

Thanks much
Otto

So you do this in an active Script task and set the DataSource Property of
the Text File Connection to the name you want

Have a look here

How can I change the filename for a text file connection?
