DTS pacakage has Transfer Data Task using SQL query option, that writes to
Text File (destination). DTS package is scheduled to run through SQL job
every day. Job fails after writing 234MB of data. Job runs ok if data is less
than 234mb. Can someone please help?

Try BCP utility instead. It is going to be faster too.
