DTS error -- Shuts down Enterprise Manager

I am having a major issue in that SQL Server 2000 EM
shuts downs when I try to use the query feature
on the DTS Import/Export Wizard.
I get the error "mmc.exe has generated errors and will be
closed by Windows. You need to restart the program. An
error log has been
generated."

The error logged in DrWatson says that its an access
violation. The statements are
as follows:

Application exception occurred:App: mmc.exe (pid=1520)
When: 9/2/2003
@ 13:53:33.459
Exception number: c0000005 (access violation)

Please help? You can give me a call @ 713-759-4735

Thanks for the replies.

But I already have installed SP3 and have upgraded to
Window 2000 Professional SP4. I have the latest slammer
virus fix and I have already downloaded that hotfix from
the link Allan sent.

I still am getting the same error. Any other ideas?

Please let me know.
