I am trying to run a DTS task from a SQL job. The DTS task needs to
connect to a csv file on a server in a different domain. Is there a
way of supplying NT authentication for this?

If you can establish a trust between these domains, then there's no problem.
Or else, create a shared folder, and place the csv file in that share.
