Default DTS of CSV - 11-03-2005 , 02:50 PM

Hello,

I have a series of .csv's that I want to DTS to a table on the server. The
situation is that the column names from the csv are imported each time I
execute a DTS.

Is there some way to not import the headings?

Thanks

You probably need to on the Flat File Source manager to tick the box
that says "First Row Contains Column Names" (or the like)

Allen,

I'm new here. Is it in the properties of the source file? I didn't see it.

After specifying your source file you hit the properties button
underneath the text box with the name of the file within.
