I am running SQL Server 2000 SP3 and have a DTS package that uses a SELECT query to dump data to a | (pipe) delimted file. The SELECT statement has 36 columns in it. Whenever I try to edit the trasformations mmc.exe crashes and I get blown out of Enterprise manager. I remeber having this problem about a year and half ago on another server that had SP3 on it. There was some sort of Hot Fix or patch that we applied and it fixed the problem. Back then I remeber finding a MS Knowlege Base article saying that it was aknown bug when there were more than 22 columns or something like that. Can anyone help...I'm pretty sure this isssue has a patch. Thanks, Bill |
