When trying to create a new package, my system gives me several errors which
starts as follows...

First error states:
"The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located in the dynamic
link library MSDART.DLL."

The second error states:
"The specified procedure could not be found".

Can you help me resolve this?
I installed SP3 and still get the same problem.
