deploying VB dot net with DTS

I have developed an application in VB.net which calls a dts package.
it runs perfectly on the development machine. when i tried to deploy
it on the end user machine, it displayed an error message mentioning
that a com object was not found.

for the installation, I have just include the dts dll. should
additional components be included.
