Does anyone know of a problem with the MS Jet 4 Service
Pack 7 (4.00.6807.0) that comes with Windows 2000 Server
Service Pack 4 when running SQL Server 7.0 Service Pack 4
DTS (Data Transformation Service) to transfer data from a
SQL Server table to an empty dBase III Plus (using the
dBase IV driver) .dbf table. I get the following error
on only the most complex one of six tables involved:

Step Error Description:Catastrophic failure
Step Error code: 8007FFFF

This process has been running nightly since 09/2000 and
just failed after the Win2k sp4 update.

I had a Windows95 machine that was working with a
downlevel version of Jet 4.0. After I upgraded it to
sp7, it also now continuously fails on the same complex
table. Also, after the upgrades, SQL Server Enterprise
Manager abends when I attempt to open the Destination tab
(the dBase Connection) in the Transform Data Task
Properties for the DTS Local Package in question. Thanx!
