My Data Sources are ALL SQL Servers. I am wondering in the Data Source
setting of my ETL project. Should I choose OLE DB Provider for SQL Server
or Native SQL Client? Are there any performance implications regarding
choosing which provider?

It seems to me Native SQL Client performs slightly better than OLE DB
Provider. Just want to hear from your opinion on this.
