Creating a Excel Local cube from VB script

Can somebody please share the VB Script code to create a local cube
from a AS 2000 Cube and also the code to refresh the local cube
created earlier to be refreshed.

Karen,
I've used this third-party product and was pretty happy with it. It creates
a DTS local cube task that you can just drag and drop into your package.
