Default crazy question.... - 01-27-2005 , 01:23 PM

My ActiveX Script Task Properties dialog box has the "functions" window
maximized and I
can no longer get at my code.

I can not find any way to resize it.
Please ....
If anyone has come across this and can help...
it will be much appreciated.

I've never had this happen before.

Thanks in advance,
bob mcclellan

Do you mean the section that tells you the syntax in a given language i.e.
the section down the left?

It takes up the whole of the task area when you open the package?

Never seen it before.

Restart of box?

Hi Allan...
thanks for the reply.
That's exactly what I mean.

The Left window (functions) now takes up the whole
dialog box.

I've restarted the Server prior to the post with no change.

Registering from another box allows me to view it normally.
But viewing it from the local Enterprise Manager mainains
the problem.

Thanks in advance for any advice..

Redistributing DTS with your program

Great..
I will give it a try.

Should I run Regsvr32.exe for the dll listed as the DTS ActiveX Script
Host?
this is axscphst.dll.

Does it need to be ... "un-registered" first?

thanks again Allan,
bob.

Hello Allan...

Thanks so much for the advice.

I went to C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\Binn directory and

Registered ALL dll's as opposed to the ones in the table on the webpage....

It fixed the problem!

I really appreciate your help on this.

Thanks again...

Sincerely,

Bob mcclellan

My ActiveX Script Task Properties dialog box has the "functions"
window maximized and I
can no longer get at my code.

I can not find any way to resize it.
Please ....
If anyone has come across this and can help...
it will be much appreciated.

I've never had this happen before.

Thanks in advance,
