I'm getting login timeout error when trying to use copy database wizard.

Although I'm able to login to the server no problem from Management Database
Studio and Visual Studio.

I'm using the sa login to do the copy, and have sysadmin rights on both
servers. The Server Agent is running on both machines...

I've tried the detach attach method and the object transfer method. Results
in the same. It seems to happen when trying to save the package...
Integration services are installed on both.

It say's "When trying to find a folder on SQL and OLE DB error was
encountered with 0x80004005 (Login timeout expired)."

Any ideas...
