Default Convert (Copy)Stored Procedures - 06-17-2004 , 02:42 AM

Dear Gurus,

How can I move all my stroed procedures from SQL Server to Oracle? If I
can do it using DTS then How Can?
Please also tell me Can Oracle Objects also migrate to SQL Server?

Thanks A lot

AFAIK you can't. Oracle and SQL Server differ in their syntax and a
migration between the two in an automated manner like this is certainly not
possible in DTS.

Same the other way around also.

You can migrate definitions of tables and data sure but that is about that.

There is a tool that will asses the complexity of the migration + more
information here for Oracle --> SQL Server migration
