Default Class not rgistered - 02-04-2004 , 10:26 PM

When opening a DTS package the error 'Class not Registered' error appears. When you ok the message the package opens but heaps of connection icons are missing from the left selection panel. I reinstalled SP3 but it still happens. I totally uninstalled SQLServer, checked and removed all regtistry entries then reinstalled SQLServer with SP3 and latest Security patch but I still get the error. Any Ideas?

I have already tried the advice listed at the link. I also uninstalled and reinstalled SQLServer and Client tools to no avail. I'm not sure what else I can try...
