This has happened a few times, and sometimes it fixes itself, but this time it didn't. Not sure how i did it, but does anyone know how i can get the designer to display my code? Here's the problem: when i open the activexscript task, it opens the scripting window. It usually shows 2 frames: the left frame shows the lang/browser tabs, and the right frame shows your code. Well, it doesn't. Instead, the left frame takes up the entire window, and my code gets pushed out of the window. No, i can't adjust the frame size/window size to get my code back into view. Has anyone run into this? It seems to be a problem w/ my dts designer env or MMC, because i can't see the code w/ existing package or new. I know my collegue can see the same package just fine w/ his mmc. thks, lena |

I have heard of this before. I cannot remember what the guy did to fix it but I would start by maybe Reregister the DTS dlls Maybe copy over a version of the MMC from another computer. -- Allan Mitchell MCSE,MCDBA, (Microsoft SQL Server MVP) www.SQLDTS.com - The site for all your DTS needs. www.SQLIS.com - SQL Server 2005 Integration Services. www.Konesans.com "tj" <tj (AT) discussions (DOT) microsoft.com> wrote in message news:B092686D-4E19-453B-A277-396C4C68C464 (AT) microsoft (DOT) com... Good catch, I should have mentioned that in my post. Of course copy over from a same SP same version SQL Server machine. Could do but I remember a problem in 7.0 that was a rubbish EM problem. The solution was to copy just the MMC from another installation and you were done.
