SQL 2000

I can not open any of our DTS packages. If I go to design package, I get
the following error:

Error Desc: DBNETLIB ConnectionRead recv General Network error.

After I close the msg box I get this msg:

The selected package cannot be opened. The DTS Designer has been closed.

If I click on version, I get this error:

This server has been disconnected. You must reconnect to perform this
operation.

I can't schedule a package either.

I can save a new package, but if I go to design package I get the error msg
still.

Any help would be appreciated.
