I am now suddenly plagued by this problem. Stopping and re-starting Sql
Server and the Agent service allows the jobs to run successfully again, but
they will only run at their scheduled time once successfully, then they fail
the second time. Then I have to repeat the process. I can't find any info
anywhere on this problem. Does anyone have any ideas how to get somewhere
with this issue? Here is the error message received:

DTSRun: Cannot create COM Server to load and execute DTS Package. Error
-2147023782 (8007045A): A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine
failed. Process Exit Code -2147023782. The step failed.

This process is running from an Agent job, and the service account for Agent
has System Admin privileges.
