I have a query here.. Can the query for import and export data be run in command prompt? What is the easiest way to transfer data from/to oracle and vice versa?

You can create a DTS package to transfer data and this can be run from the
command prompt, using DTSRUN as documented in Books Online.

To create the package try using the wizard. This can be started from the
command prompt as well DTSWIZ, although it is all over Enterprise Manager
(Import Export data) and the start menu as well.
