I'm running into this bug

My question is, how do you get the hotfix described in the article? I'm not
interested in paying MS a bunch of money, I just want the hotfix.

BTW I've installed SP4 on Server 2003 but the bug is still there. It is
occurring on a very simple Transform Data Task, simply reading from table A,
inserting table B, simple Copy Column transformations.
