Default Binary bulk export .. - 11-18-2004 , 02:53 PM

...anyone have a solution to this.

Have 100 excel files stored in a table in binary format and need to export
them...have an asp application where I can pick them one but would of course
prefer not having to do that....

I'm not clear what you actually want to do, but if you want to extract
them to individual Excel files try the Write File Transformation.

Think it's preciously this i need - just can't get it to work

Have a a filename column "filename.xls" and a binary column and tried to use
these to as source columns to a dummy table but it keeps on saying:

Error: Must have one source column of string datatype (containing filename),
and a different source column of string or binary datatype (containing)
file data....

And that's preciously what I've got so I don't get it....
