assign password

Does anyone know if there is a way to assign an owner and user password to
an existing DTS Package without having to do a saveas and give it a new
name.

You can give it the same name, buy you will have to do Save As. Open the
package, flip back to the main window and delete the package, then Save
As with same name and passwords. The package GUID will change.
