I have no experience with AdeptSQL but have used SQL Compare for a number of years now. The earlier versions were slow if the number of objects in the DB was large but this has been vastly improved with the new .Net version of the tool. I have to say for me it does what it says. I, as I am sure you would, carefully check any scripts generated for the schema.
