Thanks To Darren, I managed to stop my DTS package from
running if a text file does not exist in dir.

A final question i have to complete this task is tha in
the event file does not exist, I would like the package to
retry running again in the next hour.

Is there a task that would re-schedule a package to run
after an hour in the case of a failure like in the case
that a text file does not exist, it will try hour after
hour until the files shows up in the dir.

Any ideas are great!
