ActiveX Scripting Transform

I have a server that we upgraded from 7.0 to 2k. Once the
7.0 instance was removed I am now getting the following
error when trying to execute a DTS package that utilizes a
vbscript: ActiveX Scripting
Transform 'DTS_Transformation_1' was not able to
initialize the script execution engine.

Has anyone seen this error before and what was the fix?
