Active X Timeout error

I am experiencing a random VBScript related error....

While looping thru about 80,000 rows of data (where I am creating an xml
files and running an Update SQL statement that updates the row for the one I
just created), I am getting a Timeout error message related to the Update
statement.

Any ideas ?

Rob,

Increase ADO connection timeout and command timeout if applicable. There
also may be a way to optimize the statement execution plan.
