Can ActiveX scripts instantiate and run a DTS package?

How do you start this script ? With a web application, scripting host or what ? Cause if you need start a DTS package from another package you can use the DTS Package Task to do it. Now, if need call it from other place you can use the DTS COM Model Objects to automate your task.
