Default Access Query Importing - 08-21-2003 , 04:36 PM

Dear All!

I have an access Database which have loads of Querys. And I
want to import these Access queries into SQL Server Views
section of the Database folder.I used DTS wizard but it
copies all the Access Queries into the Table section of
the Database folder and not the View section. Which I
really don't want.

I would be really grateful to any body who might help me
in sorting this problem out.Your help will be greatly
appreciated.

Cheers,

Sunil Sabir

If you want to create what you currently have as Queries into Views then
perhaps the Access upsizing application does it for you. I have never used
it so don't know. Personally I would recreate them from scratch as views.
You may also have logic/syntax in there which simply does not work in SQL
Server so this may be your better bet.
