You are in luck. MS has the answers.

Changing the IP Address of Network Adapters in Cluster Server
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=230356

How to change the network IP addresses of SQL Server virtual servers
http://support.microsoft.com/default...&Product=sql2k

Test as much as you can beforehand. Make a checklist before starting.

The only problem is that the answers that microsoft had
did not work.
I changed the Node B and it would not come back up in the
cluster manager.

The only thing is now the machine is stuck in the online
pending mode on that node. The only thing that comes
online is the Physical disk and the two VSDATA lines( name
and IP) the other SQL server, Server Agent, Full Text line
will only cycle to online pending then fail(sql server
fails).

I am in a bind someone please help!!!!

Check your event logs (Application and system) and see why the SQL
components won't come online. You may want to consider opening a case with
PSS if you can't get this up and running quickly.
