I dont know what else IP need i to enter in order to fill up this part.

Previously this is the IP setting that i used for my 2 node cluster in win
2008

node1ublic=10.1.103.123, private=192.168.12.73
node2ublic=10.1.103.124, private=192.168.12.74
Cluster resources=10.1.103.40
Client Access for MSDTC=10.1.103.41

The default value given in the wizard are :
IP Type=IPv4
DHCP=is checked
Address=null
Subnet Mask-null
Network=Cluster Network 1

Am i supposed to accept the default setting or I can specify static IP but
what is the static IP that i need to key in ?
