SQL Data can be mirrored using either Windows built in software mirroring,
hardware mirroring (better).

However , this is not a backup strategy as a corruption introduced by faulty
controller card / driver / firmware will be mirrored also.

Also you need to get your data offsite in case of a site related disaster
