SQL Server Agent stops on SQL Cluster. -

Hi everyone,
We have Active/Passive Windows 2003 Cluster, running Virtual SQL Server instance. Occasionally we see that the SQL Server Agent Service on the Active node has stopped. We rely on the SQL Server Agent Service to back up our database transaction log every 30 minutes. Is there any way of automatically monitoring the SQL Server Agent Service and notifying a predefined person/computer that it is not running. Basically, I want to get notified when neither of the nodes has a SQL Server Agent Service running(both stopped),because I can't know which node is active without checking.
Best regards.
