Default SQL server agent failed - 12-03-2003 , 08:01 AM

Our Configuration....(Win2k Advanced SP4+ Post SP4 critical patches, SQL
server 7.0 SP4, Active/passive cluster)
When we try to move the resources of our active/passive cluster from the
primary node to the secondary we receive the following errors.
-The registration of DNS name eicsprdoltp.eicsprd for network name resource
'Cluster Name' failed for the following reason:
DNS server failure.

-Cluster resource 'EICSPRODOLTP SQL Server Agent 7.0' failed.

Prior to updateing the cluster servers to Win2k SP4, the fail over worked
fine.

Any suggestions??
