I´m trying to install a SQL cluster, the description of
the environment is:
Servers x370 IBM (4xPIII 700 MHz, 2 GB RAM, FC)
FAStT200 Storage Server (SAN in FC)

I install the machines from scratch, after the
installation of MSCS I made some test to verify the
operation of Cluster. The cluster is working fine, well,
at least I think so ...

After the cluster installation I proceed to install the
SQL product, first I ran COMCLUST in the first node, it
was OK, after I ran COMCLUST in the second node and the
cluster group crash ... I re-installed again both
machines, and tried to install the SQL but in this time I
installed the SQL without the COMCLUST, but I got a lot
of errors and the installation wasn´t sucessfully ...

I got errors 1069 and 1145 in ClusSvc source.
Checking the SQL installation logs I got this:
~~~ XXX OnlineClusterResource failed
[sqlclusterSetup.cpp:1785] : 1008 (0x3f0): Se ha intentado
hacer referencia a un símbolo que no existe.


[sqlclusterSetup.cpp:1478] : 50049 (0xc381):
<<<FormatMessage failed: 317>>>

Does anybody knows what I must do to install this ?

Hi

I am starting on a project, where i need to configure
active/ active sql server 2000 cluster. Did you get any
reply on the steps for configuring a cluster?
