Default SQL Cluster - 02-06-2004 , 03:24 AM





Whenever Internet link is down, the user cannot connect to
SQL server 2000. The SQL Server 2000 is installed on
Win23K Cluster server.

When checked the event log,
Error ID = 17052 - [sqsrvres] Online Threat QP is not
online error occurs.

Error ID = 17052 - ODBC SQLdriver Connect Failed

Do you have the ODBC persisting a connection? If there is
a break in network connectivity, your ODBC connection will
fail, and need to be manually restarted.

Just a guess.
