The way my working cluster is setup is i have "Cluster Group" which contains the following. You will for sure have SQL IP Address, SQL Network Name, SQL Server and i believe the SQL Server Agent and SQL Server Fulltext are manditory... if you have any other services installed (such as analysis services) you will have a resource for each of those as well..
