Default SQL 2008 Cluster vs SQL 2008 R2 Cluster - 06-24-2010 , 03:57 PM

I will be installing a new SQL Server cluster in a couple weeks. Is
there any benefit to going with SQL Server 2008 R2 over SQL Server 2008?

We already have in-house experience with SQL 2008 clusters but none with
R2 cluster yet.

With R2, during a failover, do users still get disconnected as they do
in all previous versions of SQL Server clustering?

Thank you,
Toni
