Thanks the problem was that the 2 missing drives were not listed as a
dependency on the SQL Server resource.

In a SQL 2005 cluster it is only one drive which is on the EVA
storage. There are three drives on the EVA and all the drives are
visible in windows explorer. All the SQL components are on this node.

What else can be checked to ensure that all the drives are visible?
