Hi Tom yes both nodes are part of the domain, i am using one service account and one security group added in to the admin group (the service account part of the security group). SQL 2000 Ent with cluster already available and working fine. copied the SQL 2005 installation files in to in to the nodes than run the setup. (.net framework 2) while in the last step, it gave that error. SQL 2005 clustering is not supported on Windows 2000. You need to move up to Windows 2003 or Windows 2008 clusters. -- Geoff N.
