Default Sql 2000 cluster on Windows 2003 server - 12-15-2003 , 04:23 PM

I have encountered something odd and am hoping someone can give me a hand.

A clustered server was set up with the 3 partitions

1 quorum
2 data
3 logs

After installing SQL, everything works great except that it will not
acknowledge anything but the DATA directory for purposes of logs or anything
else. Did I miss something when I installed my instance? I've tried a few
searches and not been able to find something that seems to apply. Any help
would be appreciated,

Eric

You need to go into Clustering administrator, choose SQL Server properties and choose the dependencies tab
In there set the log partition as a dependency.
