Morning,

We are running Win2k AD. Ed. SP4 and SQL 2000 SP3a
Failover is working fine, and now MSDTC service is required.

What are the safest steps to take to setup MSDTC on a live envirmoent?

what is the risk here tho?
should we have to backup everything and bring prodcution down?

or do on one node
fail it over and run on the the 2nd node?
