Default In Search of Cluster Customers - 04-07-2005 , 03:31 PM

We want to hear what you have to say!

We would like to identify some Medium sized customers (4 - 99 total
servers) *who are willing to talk to us* (the Cluster Product Team), who
are running one or more of the following applications in a High
Availability deployment using Microsoft Server Clustering today:

1. SQL
2. Exchange
3. File
4. Print
5. Some ERP or CRM application (e.g. Siebel, SAP, JD Edwards, Peoplesoft,
etc....)

Our goal is to gain a good understanding of your high availability
deployments and how you use Server Clustering to achieve high availability.
We will have a questionnaire (manageable length), for you to fill out and
then possibly a follow-up phone conversation (1 hour max) for any questions
we may have based on your filled-out questionnaire. Total ask of your time
would be approximately 2-3 hours worth of effort. With the benefit that
your feedback will go directly to the core development team and it will be
an opportunity for you to possibly influence a future version of our
product.

If you use Clustering and are interested in participating; if you could
please send an email to clushelp (AT) microsoft (DOT) com with:
A. Your company name and a brief description of your company
B. A contact person name, email, phone number.
C. Overview of how you use Server Clustering today
D. Roughly how many Server Clusters you have

To set expectations: We are looking for breadth of customers who use
clusters in a variety ways, so I can't promise we'll respond / contact all
who reply.

Thank You!!
