running sql 2005 sp2 on pre-sp1 cluster? - 03-30-2008 , 08:02 AM

Hi All: I've read the support page for installing sp2 on a cluster, but I'm
just wondering if there are any other "gotchas" that aren't covered there?
Also I want to go straight from RTM to sp2...are there any issues I need to
be aware of in a cluster environment?

Run it from the active node, and you should be golden to go from RTM to SP2
and then to whatever Cumulative Update you prefer (I like .3200 for now...)

and then to whatever Cumulative Update you prefer (I like .3200 for now...)
