I tried the steps on my W2K3 server with SQL 2000, but do not get the cluster resources for server 2 to show up in the cluster administrator. So I dont think I have the failover feature even though I do see services for that named instance created on both the machines though. During the installation I got an error popup that it failed to refresh the cluster resources, but it continued and completed after that.

Are there any known issues here. Can I do something manually for them to have the failover feature.
