Default Question on building new cluster - 06-20-2009 , 07:12 PM





I have an existing stand alone SQL 2005 server (Server1) that has
approx 10 DB's on it. We want to cluster active passive. I have an
identical hardware new server (Server2). Can I build Server2 as NodeA
of the cluster, then detach all DB's freom Server1 and attch on
Server2, then add Server1 as NodeB of the cluster?
