Dear Sir/Madam,
I have the below abnormal behaviour on the active/passive cluster.
After restart passive node,
01) It triggered to failover/control of
a)Cluster IP Group <mostly>
b)SQL Server Group <always>
from active node to passive node.

If passive node trigger a) & b), the Cluster IP Group failed to up on
passive node. (timeout as saying IP already been used) and b) is pending.
If passive node trigger b) only, then the Qumrum will still own by original
owner active node, but b) will failover to passive node.

Do anybody knows why is like that? What I needed to check? I already checked
if security policy "join cluster" is on on passive node, but still the same?
