For W2K3, it is enough to follow the instructions in the KB article you
mentioned.
As stated in the KB article, please note that it is not recommended that you
create the MSDTC resource in the default "Cluster Group" (i.e. the group
containing the quorum resource) or in the group that contains other program
resources, such the Microsoft Exchange resources.
