Default MSDTC and multi instance cluster - 04-29-2004 , 11:31 AM

"When MS DTC is running in clustered mode, only one node in the cluster runs
the MS DTC transaction manager at a time."

So if i have setup a multi instance cluster with each instance on each of
the 2 nodes in the cluster , how does MSDTC work for both these instances ?
Using Win2003 and SQL 2K

When properly installed MSDTC gets its own networkname and ip resource,
through which the service is used. Have a look at:
